May Board Meeting Notes
  1. Spaghetti Dinner went very well. Thanks to everyone who helped. We served 273 meals and the club made $1224 after expenses. This was a good fundraiser.
  2. Motion passed to donate $200 to the Clayton Food Pantry on behalf of the TI Varsity Baseball Team. The team helped us at Spaghetti Dinner, with only a day’s notice, and we could not have done it without them.
  3. Motion passed to donate $300 to the TI Freshman Class. These students helped at our Spaghetti Dinner and will also help at our Fall Spaghetti Dinner.
  4. Motion passed to give $300 to Clayton Pre-school to provide scholarship assistance to families that would otherwise not be able to afford sending their children to pre-school.
